Rapoo Blade Series Ultra-Slim 2.4Ghz Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad
you follow Computer Shopper reviews, you know that we have a soft spot for big mechanical keyboards. We kick out a lot of words around here, so comfort, long-term durability, and efficiency tend to be our highest product prioritiesRapoo E9080 Wireless Touchpad Keyboard (Angle View)
Naturally, though, in plenty of situations you don’t want to have a big keyboard. Home theater PC (HTPC) control comes to mind. Boardroom presentations. Travel, with a keyboard for use with a small notebook or, for that matter, for physical keyboard input on a tablet. Usage cases abound for highly compact keyboards. We’ve reviewed several models in this category, and for U.S. buyers, Logitech seems to be the top dog here in general. However, Chinese manufacturer Rapoo (the name may be unfamiliar to U.S. buyers, but the company has been around since 2002) claims to be the leader in wireless keyboards in its home market, and it’s now trying to carve out a niche in North America. If the $59.99-MSRP E9080 Wireless Touchpad Keyboard$47.00 at Amazon is any indication (and given our review of an earlier model, the Rapoo E2700 Wireless Multi-Media Touchpad Keyboard$72.99 at Amazon), we’d say the company has a fair shot at achieving this, even if this current effort needs a bit of tweaking.
